Candidate Process

Identify Potential Candidates

Once we have identified you as a potential Candidate, either from our Candidate database or through our Research team, we will call you to discuss and assess your interest in the role.

Internal Preparation

If you wish to be considered for the role we will interview you, focusing on the role requirements as well as your broader interests and skills. If we feel you are a good fit, we will recommend you for the Client interview.

Prior to the Client interview, we will brief and coach you, providing details of the interviewer and a review of the role to ensure you are fully prepared.

The Client Interview Process

Following the various interview stages, we will capture feedback from both you and the Client. This enables us to identify and address any areas of concern with both parties. If you are unsuccessful we will inform you and provide open and honest feedback and we will continue to work with you, to provide advice should you require it. 

Accepting an Offer

If you receive an offer of employment, we will manage the negotiation process and will stay in touch with you throughout your notice period, to ensure you are prepared for the transition.

Integration

Once in your new role, we will keep in touch and will work with you and the Client as required, to ensure your integration is as smooth as possible.
