Working together we will prepare an assignment brief, which defines the parameters of the appointment, including the profile of the ideal Candidate.

Research Suitable Candidates

Utilising knowledge from previous projects, research, contacts and appropriate sector sources, we will research and identify suitable Candidates.

Approaches and Screening of Prospective Candidates

We will agree the shortlist with you and the Candidates will be approached and appraised. If appropriate we will advise you to meet them.

Candidate Introduction and Assignment Closure

We will liaise with both you and the Candidate at every stage, from introduction through to negotiation and acceptance of the offer.

Candidate Assessment and Psychometric Testing

Executive Selection partner with a number of established and respected Psychometric Profiling organisations to help us achieve the strongest match for your business.
