Executive Search / Headhunting (Retained Basis)

Typically used for senior level jobs, for which there is a smaller pool of appropriate high level Candidates, who can be identified and targeted. 'Search' aims to find the best Candidates for a position, whether or not they are looking to move.

Advertised Selection (Retained Basis)

Normally used for hiring into middle management positions. It can also be used for more senior roles for which the ideal Candidate might be selected from a range of positions, and therefore difficult to target through 'search'. This approach relies on proactive Candidates reviewing newspaper and trade publications.

Retained Basis: In this case, a portion of the fee becomes due when the assignment is agreed and another upon presentation of a Candidate short list. The final balance becoming due when the Candidate commences employment.

Contingency Recruitment

Typically used for qualified Accountancy and Finance professionals and some management roles. The fee charged is 'contingent' on a placement being made. We would utilise a combination of database searching and direct advertising.
